Product Description

Save valuable production floor space with the AIS fully automatic bagger featuring the most compact design in the industry. Available with single, rear, side-load or dual in-feed configurations, the auto bagger securely packs and seals round, square or rectangular plastic bottles and containers.

Efficiently designed, the system can bag and stack over two bags of bottles per minute, forming one or two stacks with variable heights up to 110 inches. Accurate bag placement results from servo control of both vertical and rotational stacker movement.

Operator friendly, the auto bagger is PLC controlled with a touch screen operator interface panel that makes it easy to navigate and easy to change machine settings. Quality engineered, the AIS automatic bagger is constructed of durable, painted tubular steel for long-term performance.
