Newest version of HighJump Warehouse Advantage includes visual packing, enhanced task management and simplified upgrades

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn--HighJump Software, a global provider of supply chain execution solutions, has announced the availability of version 10.5 of HighJump Warehouse Advantage. The latest version of the warehouse management system (WMS) includes enhancements to packing and product move functions.

New product features include:

  • Visual Packing – The latest version includes a new warehouse workflow which utilizes the HighJump Advantage Dashboard in combination with a wireless mobile computer to facilitate the optimal packing of product into shipping containers. This new process provides better visibility to product flows through an outbound packing station including metrics for the warehouse worker and supervisor.
  • Enhanced Task Management for Inter-Warehouse Product Moves – The HighJump Warehouse Advantage task management capability was enhanced to further optimize task direction for warehouse employees who perform warehouse re-slotting, pick-face replenishment, and other task-directed product movements.

HighJump Software’s WMS is built on the HighJump Advantage Platform, a flexible technology architecture that supports simplified upgrades. As new features are released in new versions of the HighJump WMS, customers can merge the workflows they choose into their existing WMS configuration. This results in a steady stream of new product features without the risk, expense, and change management associated with traditional enterprise software upgrades.
